2/2 looking at the the NumPy repo, nowhere mentioned, because it "only" has 8k stars ... Some sci-computing (incl DL) libraries have 2-12x that many.Tells us how how meaningful "stars" are in context of a lib that has been the foundation for scientific computing for like a decade
