Serious data question: how do companies deal with dashboard rot? Everywhere I've worked, 95% of all dashboards are half-broken or not trustworthy because no one has touched them for 6+ months. Are dashboards inherently ephemeral?

Another example of the stupid trend in the US where totally non-political issues end up being highly politicized. Chart compares vaccine administration rate with the 2020 presidential election results. Source: https://t.co/jmoWhhrH3B pic.twitter.com/IEgTnI4rBU

The @scikit_learn team at @sklearn_inria has created a MOOC for getting started with scikit-learn! Go check it out! https://t.co/BUbDArJJDU

You can leave feedback and suggestions (or make PRs) on the repo here: https://t.co/RCMWxqGWb2

+1. here's my ML consultancy for last few years.

domain expert: we need ML to replace business rules
me: where is your eval?
DE: we don't do that
me: let's do that first
...
DE: oh! we can now see how we can improve by just reframing our question!
me: awesome, see you in a year.

The Bayesian modeling equivalent is this @StatModeling @avehtari @dan_p_simpson et al. Bayesian workflow paper: https://t.co/aJSMVxCvA1

Having strict process to ensure good results is so important, no matter how much experience you have. Very easy to go off the rails otherwise.

🎥Modern Artificial Intelligence 1980s - 2021 by @SchmidhuberAI!

This talk delivers! 🙂

✅ starts with the Big Bang (literally)
✅ history of everything explained in the first 10 minutes
✅ only accelerates from there 🙂

Curious what we think the future of array computing can look like? Check out our new Dex preprint to see how we’re designing a language for safe, expressive parallelism (incl. no shape errors!) and efficient AD. Available at https://t.co/ae4cOQjoZ8
