Recent Russian military "excursions" all worsened life for the average Russian. Not that that's of any concern to Putin. Economically the Russian people suffer from his escapades. I can't see how the average Russian could possibly benefit. Source: https://t.co/skvcfDMDFm pic.twitter.com/f7T6zH7M3E

Introducing a new approach for training #ML models using noisy data that works by dynamically assigning importance weights to both individual instances and class labels, thus reducing the impact of noisy examples. Learn more about it at https://t.co/lKYl0fzeYD pic.twitter.com/ySCm1HAzKT

Testing is a tool for development velocity and reliability that will spring into action upon changes made by people who aren't you anymore, in situations you cannot predict in advance. Write your tests with this in mind. Defensively, and with great clarity.

I am going through the RecSys 2020 tutorial by @NVIDIAAI and I found this interesting bit on Decision Trees 💡

Not that I don't trust @kaggle Grandmasters but wow, I never thought about this like that 😄 pic.twitter.com/TWXzlVAlnG

The reason Russia isn't aging as fast as one might expect is super sad though. Russian men literally drank themselves to death. In 1994 male life expectancy was 57. A crazy low figure! Things improved heaps since then but Russians still die a decade before people in the West. pic.twitter.com/eo6l9orBQz

This looks really exciting for time series work. The original project from @robjhyndman in R is an absolute classic, and to have it available in Python is huge.

Even better - it's an #nbdev project which means it's got great docs and tests and is easy to contribute to. https://t.co/22o6D7EHFQ
